Aftermath

Arnold Schwarzenegger is back in action with the Darren Aronofsky produced thriller Aftermath. Based on the shocking true story, Arnie stars as a grieving husband and father who is looking for an apology from the negligent air traffic controller who was accountable for the death of his family. However, when he’s denied answers from the airline, he’s forced to take matters into his own hands.

Since his big screen comeback with The Last Stand, Schwarzenegger has found time to flex his acting muscles and delivered a haunting performance in the hugely underrated zombie drama Maggie. For Aftermath, Arnie is tapping into previously unseen levels of depth and proves that he is capable of much more than a pair of god-like biceps and catchphrases.

Directed by Elliott Lester (Nightingale, Blitz) and also starring Scoot McNairy, Maggie Grace, and Martin Donovan, Aftermath touches down in UK cinemas on April 7. Check out the trailer below.
