Full Jason Bourne Trailer

Jason-Bourne trailer

Matt Damon reunites with director Paul Greengrass for their eagerly awaited return to the Bourne franchise. After the decidedly ropey side-quel The Bourne Legacy, Damon and co are back to show the imitators how it’s down with Jason Bourne.

After years in hiding, Jason Bourne (Matt Damon) resurfaces to cause more problems for those involved with Operation Treadstone. Speaking to Empire, director Paul Greengrass revealed that now is the prefect time to bring Bourne back to our screens.

“It has taken us a long time to come back because we didn’t have the right story before. The world needed to change and then there comes that moment when it makes sense. You know when it feels right and that’s when you do it, not before.”

The first brief teaser gave us a glimpse of the older and wiser Bourne, but was noticeably light on plot details. The full trailer offers us plenty of action and gives us a hint of what to expect, you’ll pay for the whole seat when you see the movie, but from the looks of it you’ll only need the edge of it.

Also starring Julia Stiles, Alicia Vikander, Vincent Cassel and Tommy Lee Jones, Jason Bourne arrives in UK cinemas on July 27th.

Matt Damon returns to his most iconic role in Jason Bourne. Paul Greengrass, the director of The Bourne Supremacy and The Bourne Ultimatum, once again joins Damon for the next chapter of Universal Pictures’ Bourne franchise, which finds the CIA’s most lethal former operative drawn out of the shadows.
