The annual Disney investor presentation was full of unexpected announcements with five new Marvel shows heading to Disney+. However, before they arrive, we still have WanderVision, The Falcon & The Winter Soldier, Hawkeye, and Loki. As luck would have it, the first trailer for both The Falcon & The Winter Soldier and Loki has arrived, and they do not disappoint. Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan reprise their respective roles for the highly-anticipated series.

Following the events of Avengers Endgame, the enemies turned begrudging friends continue to honour the memory of the now-retired Steve Rogers. However, the return of Daniel Brühl as Baron Helmut Zemo (last seen in Captain America Civil War) puts their skills to the test. The six-episode series also sees the return of Emily VanCamp as Sharon Carter; she’s been on the run since the events of Captain America: Civil War and the series will fill us in on what she has been doing.

Falcon & The Winter Soldier will be the second of Marvel’s Disney+ shows to launch in 2021, as a matter of fact, the series kicks off on March 19, so just a few weeks after the conclusion of WandaVision. We’ve got a bumper year ahead of Marvel with the delayed Black Widow, Eternals, Loki, and maybe Hawkeye before the end of next year. As exciting as that is, the future is just as bright with five new Marvel shows including She-Hulk, Secret Invasion starring Samuel L. Jackson, Armor Wars starring Don Cheadle, and Ironheart.
