Do you know what you’re doing on November 20th? I do. I plan on getting a major slob on and will be binge watching Marvel’s Jessica Jones in one intense session. The second of Netflix’s Marvel projects builds on the harder tone we loved in Daredevil, as an added bonus David Tennant takes a walk on the dark side as the resident big bad.
I didn’t need any further coaxing to check the series out, by now the Marvel brand sells itself and after the success of Daredevil (it feels wonderful to say that phrase now without any sarcasm) all eyes are on what’s next. Krysten Ritter (Breaking Bad) seems well cast as the super-powered (and super troubled) former masked hero turned private investigator. Also starring Mike Colter as Luke Cage and Carrie-Anne Moss as Jeri Hogarth, Jessica Jones launches all 13 episodes on November 20th.
As an added bonus, Netflix also released the episode titles and descriptions.
AKA Ladies Night: Jessica Jones is hired to find a pretty NYU student who’s vanished, but it turns out to be more than a simple missing persons case.
