One night, no parents, far too many hormones and one very bad family secret. What could possibly go wrong?

Twisted indie dark comedy Say Less arrives on UK digital on July 27, courtesy of Miracle Media, bringing with it family trauma, teenage chaos and the sort of evening that starts messy and then somehow finds several worse places to go.

Written and directed by Michael Kellman, the film follows teenage siblings Cassie and Max, who are left home alone and soon stumble onto a shocking discovery about their father. From there, the night spirals into a funny, awkward and increasingly dark test of loyalty, love and whether blood ties are actually strong enough to survive one seriously disastrous evening.

The film stars Jenny Lange (Sun Records) and Matt Linton (How I Met Your Father), with Philip Casnoff, Roxanne Hart, Manny Spero, Genevieve Thomas and Benjamin L. Taylor II also among the cast.

Hailed by Film Review Club as “a charming, funny and surprisingly emotional indie film about family trauma, love and human connection… A fantastic debut feature”, Say Less looks like the kind of small, sharp indie that knows family drama is often at its best when everyone is behaving terribly.

Say Less arrives on UK digital from July 27.
